Man Made Souls can best be described as a harder-edged cousin to the Dave Matthews Band, with the pop intelligence of early Sting. Fans of Pearl Jam will find themselves right at home with lead singer De Vette's roaring vocal strength. But the band has clearly forged a sound of its own, radio-friendly and international in appeal.
